A Song Is Up
I threw this song up just so you could hear a bit of what I'm doing. It's in the left column on this page. There are no vocals yet and it is still getting rewritten a bit, so it might be tough to get an idea of where this is headed. Of course, I have done everything (guitars, bass, drums, keyboards) by myself so far. We'll see if I can push some vocals out of me. By the way, I hope you can hear it on some decent speakers or headphones, just don't let the beginning fool you into cranking it too loud in class... hehe.
The artwork is nearly done for the 'First Contact' album I have planned as a first release, so I tossed a clickable thumbnail of the front cover artwork up for you to check out also. It's just a simple conceptual piece I'm working on in Photoshop. The typeface is far from final. :p
To check out a couple of different potential looks for the site, hit the links at the bottom center of the page. These are only preliminary proof-of-concept designs and will be changed for the 'publicly announced' site. Notice none of the other links on this page take you anywhere yet (except Myspace) and I still have some temporary issues with Flash, Ajax, z-indexing and the DOM. This page is only here for you to check out and will disappear soon to make way for the actual site to be unveiled. :p
